Off-Ice Workouts

All off-ice workouts are designed by Citius Strength and Conditioning and conducted at the Bulldogs Training Centre in Red Deer, AB, in small, personalized groups of no more than four.

These sessions are specifically tailored by goalies, for goalies!

2-4 Days Per Week

Workouts will be 90 minutes in duration, held 2-4 days per week, depending on the package selected. The program will run from May 4th, 2025, to August 1st, 2025.

Goalie Specific Training

All workouts will be designed by Citius Strength and Conditioning, who work with athletes at every level, from Pro and NCAA to WHL, Junior A, and youth goaltenders. Each session is carefully customized to meet the unique needs of every athlete, ensuring the highest quality training available. Simply put, they are the best in the business!

Performance Testing

If you're not testing your just guessing! We will constantly be testing in order to track progress and be on the lookout for any mechanical imbalances or deficiencies. More information on testing can be found below.

Small Group Sizing

In order to maximize potential and maintain an elite level of attention to detail, each 90 minute session will have no more than 4 goalies at a time. This is so that we can tailor each session to exactly what each athlete needs.
