Matt Greenfield
Owner and Operator
Matt, originally from Parkland, Florida, began his hockey career at a young age. At 16, he was playing AA hockey in Florida when he was drafted in the 12th round by the Kitchener Rangers of the OHL. Following his draft, Matt relocated to Chicago for two years, where he completed his Midget AAA career with Team Illinois. At 18, he signed with the Kitchener Rangers and was initially assigned to the Junior B Kitchener Dutchmen before being recalled to the OHL later that season. After two seasons in the OHL, Matt joined the Tri-City Storm of the USHL, later being traded to the West Kelowna Warriors of the BCHL. With the Warriors, he won the BCHL, Western Canada, and National Championships, earning Finals MVP honours. Matt then attended the University of Calgary for four years before turning professional with the Kansas City Mavericks. After two seasons in the ECHL and AHL, he moved overseas to play for the Sheffield Steelers in the EIHL, where he continues his career.

Tavish Bochek is a Calgary-based Strength and Conditioning Coach and the founder of Citius Strength and Conditioning. With a career dedicated to optimizing athletic performance and well-being, Tavish specializes in training hockey goalies, drawing on decades of experience to address the unique demands of the position. He is currently pursuing his Master of Science in Biomechanics at Setanta University, further enhancing his expertise in athlete development.
With 30 years as a goalie, over 20 years as a coach, and 15 years as a specialized strength and conditioning coach, Tavish brings unparalleled insight into the physical traits and biomechanical needs of hockey goalies. He is an advocate for improving training methodologies in the sport, recognizing that traditional approaches often overlook the position's specific challenges, even at elite levels.
